Each item is produced only after an order is placed. We don’t keep warehouse inventory, which means a returned item cannot simply be put back on the shelf and sold to someone else.

For that reason, our shop isn’t designed for exploratory purchasing—such as ordering several sizes or styles with the intention of returning most of them. Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering. If you’re uncertain about something, contact us before you purchase and we’ll gladly help.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with photographs and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
